Great pizza cooker

So far I'm liking my Pizza Girl cooker. I've been eating pizza every couple of days since I bought it. I also bought the Pizza Girl 12 frozen Pizza bundle as well. Oh, so good. I've almost found that "sweet spot" on temperature using the upper and lower heating elements. It's a good thing I like well-done pizza. If you can afford it, I highly recommend picking up this kit. It comes with everything you need for great pizza.

Basically love this product… BUT… you need better instructions on how to use the settings. You have the temperature for each setting but I, and many others, don’t bake, so those degrees you list under “temperature guide” mean nothing as far as having a good pizza on your first try; and who wants to waste dough? After slightly burning my first pizza (because I did 5/5) and having cheese stick to the cover, I A.I.’d “temperature settings for PG oven” and there’s a video of someone with all the “how to’s” of working the dough, sliding it onto the stone, etc... But no where did she mention what her setting was, until someone asked in the comments. She replied that she prefers 5 for the bottom and 3 for the top because she likes the bottom crispy and the top not so well done. That would have been fantastic information to have before our first try. Because of the burning cheese, my oven doesn’t look so new after one try. We look forward to using it again soon and know it will get good use. **Maybe have a QR code in the manual that takes you to a video on your website like the one that came up for me, WITH a suggested dial setting to start with.

Hi. I was very excited to receive my order. I’ve been admiring your oven for quite some time. So I decided to go all the way when I ordered. I wasn’t going to order only oven. I was going to order the oven and all the accessories. I was going to do it right!! I was quite disappointed! The pizza paddle. I don’t appreciate the picture on the paddle I would never had ordered it if I had known there was a huge picture in the paddle I thought it had nothing on it. The second thing that really was disappointing was the quality of your tools I thought the tools were professional quality. They feel quite cheap Much inferior quality to the oxo pizza wheel i already owned I thought this would be a step up. It was quite a step down. I’d really appreciate a response. Thank you.
