Love my 3.0, but at first had problem with picking it up at warehouse, guy working at desk wasn't very friendly, don't speak don't ask questions, gave me the wrong ebike, I told him also before I left warehouse, he didn't even check receipt so it matches the box it was intimidating, sure enough Monday got a call from St George saying it was wrong bike that I need to bring back to warehouse in Patrick lane, after all that and I see receipt even now there Is so serial number or official receipt, cause I want to register it! I love my ebike 3.0, but process getting it sucks
