Once you try their beef bratz or beef bacon you’ll be hooked and always coming back. Great food but even better family and life long friends. So grateful for there farm and family.

While vacationing in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, I’ve tried all of the rural/small town butcher shops in those areas in my quest for the best brats. These are them. Hands down.
