Odyssey - Sneaker Sandals

Very disappointing experience. Shortly after placing the order, the store contacted me saying that some items were out of stock and asked me to choose replacements. I asked to cancel those items and get a refund, but I was told that cancellation was not possible and that I had to choose something else or the order would not be shipped. The delivery also took more than a month, even though the website says it should take up to two weeks. Because of this delay, my child’s foot had already grown and some of the shoes are now too small. When the order arrived, the color and contents did not fully match what I originally ordered, and the quality of the shoes is very poor. Overall, a very frustrating purchase. I would not recommend this store.

Great fit

Made in China, with a weird Chinese name on the strap of the shoes - so product looks different from that of photos. Not even original Toetots design - simply a mark up and resell of cheap shoes.
