SHAN ZU RONIN | 7" Santoku Knife

I absolutely love this knife, almost. It's a santoku with a severe K tip, nice curve to the belly and delivered with a sharp edge ready to go to work. What I don't like is all the writing lasered on to the blade. I don't need the whole specification leaflet etched on! Keep it classy, just maybe the Ronin logo or just the brand name. Keep It Simple Stupid. Ironically the only thing missing is what the steel actually is. The website says it's 10Cr15CoMoV or it's D3 or it's 10Cr16VoMoV .. who knows? Does the factory even know!

Comme dit dans le titre, c'est un produit exceptionnel pour le prix proposé. C'est un très bel objet, et en plus il est très bien équilibré. Le tranchant sorti de boîte est rasoir. Bref, une note de 10/10. Si je pouvais mettre plus, je le ferai. Bravo à vous et merci.
