EXO customer service and great knives. This is more than I can say for their courier DHL who failed to deliver the knives and lied that they had visited my property I could prove that they did not I was obliged to retrieve the knives from a collection point the location of which was not made clear on the DHL website. I had to rely on the accident customer support to identify for me where I needed to go. They were always very responsive and kept me informed. By the knives But do not use DHL.
