Ghost Strong-est Knee Sleeves 2.0 (Cone)

Put them through two heavy sessions, twice a week. Can say they are holding up better than the ergo ones. Give me another month or two and we'll see how they go. A lot more stiff and I do feel more secure.

They are wayyyyy tighter than the first knee sleeves. I thought i was cooked when i put them on and they wouldn’t come off but luckily there was a good tutorial on how to take them off online. Other than that these have some of the best bounciness at the bottom of the squat. They are extremely tight around the knee, but it keeps my squats super stable and strong. These are definitely worth the price and the quality is amazing. Also probably the cleanest cone style knee sleeves on the market.
