At first, not so good...

I ordered this shirt and received the white linen one instead. It took me three attempts to get it remedied. First, I just contacted them with an email. No response. I then submitted a return for exchange for the correct item, I got the 'sale item, not returnable' reply. I had to contact them again and finally had a real person response! I now have the correct shirts and the return label for the incorrect ones. So, that is good. For those that have read the reviews and I saw several that said order the next size up... worked for my size (M) and is a bit too large, which is typical of men's shirts for me. However, the one for my husband, I wish I had ordered the XL instead. We are hoping for shrinkage! What is really nice about these 100% cotton shirts? They wash up like a dream, soften up and come out of the dryer relatively wrinkle free! THAT is amazing!
