Land Chocolate - 38% Toasted White Chocolate + Cocoa Nibs

An unexpected delight.

I'm fan of white chocolate, and this bar doesn't disappoint but it is quite innovative in its flavour profile and presentation. The nibs add a lovely crunch with a mild, welcome addition to flavour and deeper colour to the chocolate that marries well from the sugar/fat ratio. Yummy.

Top notch choc

White chocolate can often come third tier behind dark and milk chocolate, the lower cocoa butter content cited for a lack of complexity. None such here. Smooth and rich, the Land white chocolate bar studded with cocoa nibs is both moreish and satisfying. Arguably one of the best examples of a quality white choc bar, happily Origin have made the shopping all the easier.
