Lovely soft beautiful walking shoe but they run very small a 10 is like a 9 and fits very tight. I ordered a 42 and they sent me a 41 and charged me shipping for their mistake. Very disappointed. I hope they will give me my full refund which will include shipping since they made the mistake.
