This pillow was purchased as a birthday gift for my adult son who was concerned about his sleep quality lately. I gave this to my son as a birthday present, was worried about noise when reading about pillow after purchasing, spoke with a very nice person on phone and was assured if he did not like a full refund would be given! Well that was not a problem he loves the pillow, cover, no real noise at all and he has had a much better sleep because his head and neck are more aligned so no more stiff neck or achey shoulders:blush:so Thank you very much! Oh and the quality is excellent and true to size unlike some others I’ve seen.
