Fresh Colby Chub

The closest place I found that sell this product is about 20-miles away. I have decided to have a shipment sent to me. I have called the factory a few times and talked with some fantastic people every time. I also learned to be specific on what type of cheese I want (Colby has aged and fresh packages) And for shipping, I would recommend ordering the products early in the week. Both of my shipments got sent to Minneapolis passing by the house twice(once on the way out and once on the way back)...First time sitting in Minneapolis for two days(the weekend) and the second time just to transfer trucks and come back east . First shipment took five days while the second shipment arrived the next day. Great products with great people and a great lesson learned for me!
