Chalet Flutter Sleeveless Dress

My favorite flowy dress and I love the fabric.

I emailed about a return and got no response, I also was not informed that my purchase may not be elligible for return when i bought it. This is a very expensive dress to not be able to return, it does not fit and you are sold out of other sizes so an exchange is not available

Size chart is WAY off; this is my second time ordering and it's still not anywhere near the size chart given. Super disappointed in this company for offering things Final Sale without having an accurate size chart.
