These definitely have the range advertised, I could get to the other side of the warehouse(100-120m) without a blip in the audio, though they did have trouble with a concrete wall at that long range. They are light and comfortable to wear for extended periods, the only gripe i have is that during Teams meetings, it doesn't always mute or unmute when you move the mic up or down respectively. Not sure if that is a hardware or software issue. It was not also apparent that this headset does not come with a dongle, only the base station, though it can be bought seprately WDD60.
