Bella Butterfly Necklace for Kids

I sent Bella Butterfly Necklace and earrings for my 4 year old twin grand-daughters. I rec'd text from my daughter today asking me if these were for her daughters as there was no information who this gift was from. I remember personally writing in note section a personal birthday note to my grand-daughters that this gift was from us enclosed with the earrings and necklace. Very disappointing and will not be ordering from your company again.
