9/10! I love this product, very cute and soft! It did have a plastic smell to it fresh out the package, but im guessing thats the packaging. It is very spacious and cute, it was no damage what so ever, it was raining when the package got delivered and no rain leaked through to the dust bag and the actual bag itself!

This bag is perfect for back to school season! This can hold my macbook, books, and binders. The color is beautiful! I would 100% recommend you to purchase one.
