The quality of the product is great! It feels very durable and well made. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the size and shape. It says medium, but based on the picture I was expecting more of a wider rectangle shape, just slightly smaller than the large. This size is more tall than wide, which was different than I expected. Overall, I’m still happy with the tote and the quality!! Edit: after having the bag for awhile im in love! The prefect side for what I need
