Ice Packs (Only If You Have An Insulated Bag)

My first concern, the order was delivered in a paper bag, no insulation. Secondly the paper bag had ice pack that I paid for, why put ice pack in a paper bag? I’ve had other services that were provided and delivered in insulated bags, packed in ice etc.. I was concerned about spoilage. The meals themselves were tasty seasoned well
