10 WEEKLY MEALS PLAN

This food is 10 times better than Factor meal prep! When I say it’s good, I mean it is REALLY good! 😋 Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The only change I would make is to cook the broccoli a little longer so it’s softer. Other than that, absolutely amazing! 👏🏾

Portions and taste of meals are great-especially vegetables. The meals with the chicken leg and thigh combo were not cooked to the bone and chewy in part, so didnt finish those.
