Love the lashes, service not so much

Ordered June 11th to be able to take lash sets out of town with me July 3rd. Reached out to customer service because my Package hasn’t moved … they did resend my order but of course won’t be here in time for my trip. Frustrating they couldn’t express ship to me after being a long time customer and expressing what had happened.
