Maria Caiozzo immediately put me at ease and clearly explained how my new laser works and how to use it. She made sure that I understood everything about the laser and also how to use it to help with my dogs' issues. She then answered all of my questions, never rushing me. She also assured me that she's available to answer any questions I might have in the future. I'm very happy I purchased my laser from Respond!

Mobile rehabilitation must-have

From the initial contact with a representative, I have received exceptional customer service. I have been using Respond Animal Therapeutics products prior to starting a canine rehabilitation service and have used their products since. This laser unit has been one of the most utilized pieces of equipment in my practice. This is a great company to work with, and they have great quality products.

Laser seems fine but price is high for a rental and no DOGGLES are included!!!!!

The laser itself seems OK and the guide is clear, but since there are only human goggles and no doggles included (even though this is rented specifically for animals), it took me over two weeks of time to find and order dog protective laser goggles....so a waste of my money for that period. These should absolutely be included for that high price.
