Best Humidor!!!!

Received unit in pristine condition. Wasn't even a scuff on packaging. This unit is absolutely beautiful. The pictures online truly do not do it justice. The first week I fought over humidification and cooling problems. I finally gave up and called Ben (which I should have done much sooner). Within 5 minutes he emailed me the solution to the problem. It has worked perfectly ever since. I purchased this unit from Elegant Bar knowing I would have to wait a month for them to come in rather than purchasing from another supplier who had them in stock solely due to the customer service reviews for Elegant Bar. Ben sure came through with the service for me. I'm very pleased with my whole experience with Elegant Bar.

Excellent Product & Service

From the first experience via chat with Bill to the delivery of the product and the responsiveness to ALL my questions... the Elegant bar exceeded my expectations. Love the cabinet but definitely fluctuates humidity and temp. All within proper cigar parameters so no complaints!
