Doing online webinars for a living, I have had many headsets. One problem is compatibility with my Poly VoIP desk phone, as I don't talk to clients through the computer. Jabra Evolve 2 50 was a good headset. I've had two of them. They are fine while working, but in both cases, the microphones stopped working in less than a year. The Epos Impact 860 is a better headset in my opinion. Sidetone, voice clarity on both ends, and ANC all work well. I choose to use a "wired" headset as my work is done at my desk at home, and I don't have to worry about battery life or connection issues with a wired headset. I heard that EPOS is coming out with a newly designed wired Headset in April of 2026, and I will likely buy that one when it becomes available
