I’m sorry to say that this brisket was the worst brisket that I have ever eaten. I cooked it in a slow cooker for over seven hours and it was so tough that we couldn’t even chew it so most of it went in the garbage I wasted $115 for a special dinner that I needed this brisket for. I did write to the company to tell them this but I have not heard anything back yet
