One of the best purchases I have made. This cup keeps my beverage hot/cold for most of the day. Even though I had to get a replacement for the lid, it was simple, and the representative was helpful and kind. Once I received the replacement, I loved the fact that it didn't spill anything at all, I usually throw my cup in my bag. Other cups usually spill and with this cup not one drop was spilled. I would have loved to have different designs as an option.
