I've hunted enough late-season mornings to know that cold hands can end a hunt early, and these mitts have been outstanding. The combination of insulation and the waterproof liner keeps my hands warm even during long sits in freezing temperatures, and the mitten design traps heat much better than gloves ever have for me.
