United HVAC Motors was Awesome to deal with. They should use a different shipper, FEDEX 2 day shipping took 4 days. I have NEVER received anything in 2 days from FEDEX

Very pleased with the motor received. Have bought from them in the past as well. Customer service is outstanding as I did have issue with motor I received and called another was sent out same day. Have worked with many motor shops over the years and understand issues coming up due to so many different brands with their own special needs. Will buy from them again as I need. Manufacturer of the Lennox unit was little to no help and info they did give was not correct and was like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. United HVAC Motors gave more needed info and did a great job with correcting issue. Thanks to them for all the assistance.

It was a “ plug and play, just like it should be! My customer has been having to purchase these motors from the manufacturer for 2.5 times more. They are happy and so am I!
