Arrived packaged well. Did not receive new customer discount and want old motor returned without any incentive to return it.

Very helpful quick to respond to questions. Part came in a timly mater. Price was fair only issue i had was the motor was going in the wrongdirection but with the video of how to fix that no problems.

Exact replacement for my 20 year old blower motor. Works perfect now.
