Helped me to realize the yeast activity was getting my beer too hot so I need to focus on fermentation temperature. Confirmed that I needed to let my yeast work for 3 weeks before kegging

This is my second TILT. The concept is awesome. It really is a helpful tool. However, my first TILT (green) is perfect at the start but has consistently ended at 10 points LOWER than a "manual" hydrometer reading. The Blue has performed in ONE batch as ~accurate within 1 or 2 points. I think once you have consistent results you're good to go and can plan/calculate well enough. I do NOT know where the break point is. So if you were to use for mead making or things you need to know during fermentation for nutrient additions, etc, you may have to play more than I did.
