I received my Prime Poplin Dark Khaki and wrote asking for instructions to return because they are neither "Dark Khaki" nor are they "Prime Poplin" as I have known and worn that fabric for more than 60 years. I got a response asking me to send a photocopy of the product card attached to the pants. To date, I have not had the courtesy of a response. I was really pleased when I found a company that makes Long Rise Trousers. I guess I'll just have to keep searching for one that treats customers like customers
