I was on a recurring order of the carrot and apple sticks and I only received half of my order I usually get 2 boxes of 4 pouches in a box and this past order came in a poly bag like it had been opened and inside was 4 pouches not 8 I've tried to resolve this with customer service on numerous occasions to no avail I still haven't received my replacement of the 4 pouches I'm missing and paid for it's been weeks and nothing so needless to say I cancelled my subscription and I've also received the wrong ones not carrot and apple but pumpkin and apple and my dog does not like pumpkin
