We can't use it on our carpeting. The Customer Service people were great to refund our purchase. It would have been nice to have been able to use, but not in the cards for us. Thank your people for their consideration.

Expectations

It did remove 95% of the stains and most of the smell. I’ve had to go back to others. I’m wondering if I should retry removing the stain by hand or do you have suggestions?

I love this spray. Unfortunately I have to use it all the time but it gets the smell and stain out right away!
