Lemon

These are a nice treat for hot summer days! It’s nice to have an easy and refreshing source of protein on hand. I do wish that they didn’t have erythritol in them as I think it makes the taste a bit chemical-y, and it makes them a little harder for me to digest. Not everyone has that reaction but I know a lot of us do. I’d prefer fruit juices as sweetener, or honey, or monk fruit, but aside from that I like them!

My son introduced these to me through his college connections!.These satisfy my need for a sweet treat with only 75 calories and 10 grams of protein! These are delicious and so refreshing. I don't typically like protein bars or shakes but I thought I'd give these a try and I'm so glad I did. I have tried three flavors so far. My latest order of lemon and the pineapple-mango are awesome but I really loved the Watermelon Acai. The flavors don't overpower you either. I love the opportunity to support small businesses as well.

Lemon is always a favorite and this did not disappoint! Delicious!
