Great shirt! I'm 5'8ish and 200 pounds (about 12-15% BF) and a large is roomy but not too big. The material is very nice and the shirt is built very well--I expect it to last a long time.

Shirt fits slightly snug, but it is bulking season haha will look absolutely amazing after the cut! Love it!
