Magic Sofa Mat - Herringbone

Disappointed

We recently received our Herringbone sofa mats. The color (medium) gray and pattern are nice. The texture is also nice, as it is velour but not plush. However, almost immediately after putting them on our sofa, the fabric started to pill. It's unsightly and not worthy of this company's otherwise quality products. I have contacted Nolan about making an exchange. We'll see if their customer service lives up to their promise!

I wanted to update my earlier review to confirm that I received impeccable service from Nolan on this issue. In the future I will not hesitate to buy products from this company, knowing that they are genuinely concerned with their customers' satisfaction.

These are terrible. They do not stay in place and snag super easily. Ive had these on my couch for a week and they look terrible. They have big snags all over them.
