Wool Felt Mulch Shillies

Great environment friendly slug deterrent

I’ve relied on these shillies (and the mulch mats for veg) to keep slugs and snails off my flower seedlings for several years now. They are a brilliant environmentally friendly product and work better than anything else I have tried.

Something I never knew I needed!

I was already ordering from this website when I came across these shillies and figured I may as well give them a go as a snail/slug deterrent. I needed a natural, harmless deterrent because I have a problem with garden snails getting into my fish pond so I can’t use anything that is harmful to fish. I sprinkled them all around the pond and so far they seem to be doing the trick! I haven’t spotted any snails in the pond or pond plants and I have also used them to protect garden plants which have been being eaten by slugs and snails and that seems to be effective too. Very impressive and ingenious product!

Everything looks hunky-dory so we're hoping that next spring and summer the pesky feeders will leave our hostas to delight us as good looking plants. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
