Brilliant, if expensive! It keeps the ground moist, keeps weeds under control and helps spread the weight if I need to walk or kneel on the ground around the plants. It takes about two years to rot into the soil, then time for another layer.

Very useful

I do not like killing slugs or snails and so I bought 2 metres to go round plants and raised beds. Seems to be doing the trick. Only drawback is cutting the felt but that is minor. Great that it will eventually compost as well. Ordering and delivery excellent. I shall be back!

Very useful stuff!

The way I used the jute roll was to lay it over a growing space in the polytunnel and cut holes to plant through. Weeding that particular area is tricky and now i don't need to. I think the jute will last for years in there.
