The Apeks VX2 Black/Orange is one of the best premium dive masks I've ever used. The Pure Clear lenses provide outstanding visibility with a wide field of view, making it feel like someone cleaned the ocean's windows before your dive. The low-volume design makes clearing and equalizing effortless, and the soft silicone skirt is comfortable enough that you'll probably forget you're wearing it—until your dive buddy starts pointing at sharks. The Black/Orange color combination looks fantastic and gives the mask a premium, technical appearance without screaming, "Look at my expensive gear." Yes, it's pricey, but after a few dives you'll understand where the money went. The only downside is that once you dive with the VX2, your old mask will suddenly feel like you're looking through a foggy bathroom mirror.
