I should get a commission for how many people to whom I have referred this product! I love these little ovals. So effective and creative! I stuck them in goggles that were already foggy (and only a few months old) and now I can see clearly.

These goggle shields have been a game-changer! I love them!
Part of my early morning ritual on the way to the pool used to be pulling out a bottle of anti-fog spray, or wipes, and wiping everything down, and even then my goggles would still fog up halfway through my swim. These Fog-X shields have really made my routine so much easier … and it’s really nice to be able to see where I’m going when I’m sharing a lane. :)

Works perfectly!
Had a little trouble applying the first set. I was unable to separate the protective film from the piece that goes in the goggle. Likely user error. Been loving them ever since. Been using them for about 6 weeks. I swim for an hour 3x/wk and have zero problems with fogging.
