I'm like 5;11 and the medium is the perfect fit, great arm and back length, wore it today whilst riding in 30c British sun and the ventilation was great, was hesitant at first due to price but can say the quality of the shirt is amazing, currently have 2 shirts but will deffo be buying more gear
