Honestly, I haven’t used it yet. But I do have an Öko Living mat that I’ve been using for nearly three years and I LOVE IT. I was planning on getting a new mat at the end of the year for 2025, but when I saw this new design, I just had to grab it while I had the chance. Using a yoga rug is far superior to any of the plastic mats I have used over the years.
