I ordered the silent wool underlay for wood floors because it has a good air quality profile. To update on a previous review - The underlay DOES arrive in a roll making it very easy to use Customer service was excellent and delivery prompt.

Not shipped as a roll despite website images

Despite the product pictures showing this product as a roll, beware that it is unrolled and folded into a box prior to shipping, apparently to save on shipping costs. This makes handling and laying it difficult and increases the risk of product damage, particularly to the paper backing. Personally I would have preferred to be given the option of paying extra to have it shipped as advertised. I was offered the option to return it but at my own cost on the basis that whilst the picture on the website showed a roll, the listing didn’t specifically state it was shipped that way. I didn’t find this customer experience to be very good. The product itself is very good as a breathable underlay for a solid oak floor.
