Most of the problem we had was because Forrest River Rv did not install what they were supposed to. They made a mistake in their install and created a mess. I was able to get in contact with Mark J. and he provided the best customer service experience. With his help we now have a fantastic product to use.

Make it more user friendly. Have had non stop issues getting ahold of customer service. Non stop issues with getting internet connection. Used data in less than a week. Going to return item for sure.

This was easy to install, and the reception is great. I’m glad I found this product.
