I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase. I have been looking forward to buying these headphones for quite some time, but after finally "pulling the trigger," I am sad to say they did not live up to the hype. The sound quality is only acceptable and could definitely be better given the price point. I have noticed that many users download third-party EQ apps just to get the audio to sound anywhere near what was originally claimed. I’m on the fence about whether to keep or return them, based on my experience, I feel there are better options available on the market.

By far the best headphones I’ve ever purchased, sound quality is impeccable and I absolutely adore being able to adjust things to my specific liking dependent on what artists I’m listening to

Would love to give them 5 stars but they are super glitchy and cut in and out aggresively when i use them on my pc with bluetooth other than that wired pc use and on my phone theyre great!
