Mini Cornflower Trinket Box – Corning Ware–Inspired Casserole

I bought this for my sister because she loves tiny things, but when I showed it to my mother, she gasped. I ended up giving to her, and she said it almost made her cry because it reminded her of her mom.

This is the cutest little thing! I have (and proudly use!) some vintage cornflower pattern Pyrex, so the cornflower trinket box was perfect for me. I put it on my kitchen windowsill so I can see it all the time.

It's bigger than I expected and could be useful to put something in. It smells like paint, but I guess that will fade in time. I got this for my mom and I'm very sure she will love it. Can't wait to give it to her.
