Nitecore MT2C Pro 1800 Lumen Rechargeable EDC Flashlight

Perfect!

Being a retired LEO, I wanted an EDC flashlight that could also be used in a tactical situation if needed. Luckily Nitecore is well known in Law Enforcement so there was no need to shop anywhere else. The MT2C Pro checks all the boxes for me. Its size is ideal for EDC (not too big & bulky, & not too small), & it can be used to gain a tactical advantage against a threat because its “operational simplicity” is its strength. The pocket clip has just the right amount of grip too so it stays put in one’s pocket, yet can easily be accessed & deployed without needing great strength to do so. 1 click of the tail switch & instant blinding light is deployed. This is what I meant when I said “operational simplicity” a bit earlier in my review. And for the price, it just can’t be beat. The build quality is top shelf & I expect many years of trouble-free use from it. The low level by the way is on par with that of a smartphone, but has way better throw so you don’t have to be right up on something to see it clearly. And it’s just as easy to access via the tail switch. Also, ordering online was straightforward & shipping from the Nitecore Store was lightning fast too! The only thing I’d like to see this light have is a glass-break bezel. Not a deal breaker by any means, just think it’s the only thing missing from an otherwise perfect EDC flashlight.
