I ordered the Full Protection Kit for my Husband’s birthday. I only received the grill cover and none of the cleaning accessories that were supposed to be in the kit. I sent an email and haven’t received a response about where the rest of our kit is or if they will send the rest of the items. Pretty disappointing.
