I ordered 3 books - nothing arrived so I assumed this was the usual issue when buying from Facebook adverts. I emailed asking what had happened to the order not expecting anyone to get back to me - but I received an immediate reply from Jeremy apologising as the books had been picked up but obviously not delivered. Another delivery arranged straight away and my little boy is now thrilled to be able to colour in the sites where he lives (in the books rather than the actual buildings!) - will definitely look at other books from where we’ve been
