Low Profile Memory Foam Mattress

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS COMPANY THAT CAN MAKE IDENTICAL MATTRESSES, DONT BUY FROM LUCID…I ordered a mattress that was supposed to be 8 inches and was clearly 9.5 inches…I sent photos as clear as day that the mattress is cut to big…I trusted them assuming what I ordered was accurate to size and it clearly is not. Janelle through up tons of red tape to avoid making the situation right. At the end of the day we both know that it’s bigger than 8 inches, it’s close to 9.5 …my only mistake was trusting your brand and not double checking the height before customizing…which in turn made me buy a second mattress until I measured and realized that you guys failed as a company to make a mattress according to your specs…All of your customer service is evasive and shameful ..you sent me a total miss-sized mattress and then used red tape to try and avoid correcting. Nobody should buy from a company like this..Now I have two uneven mattresses because of there poor quality and craftsmanship.

Bought a King size firm 8 inch mattress that ended up reaching almost 10 inches ..totally uneven with the matching queen 8 I bought in the same exact model size and firmness. Wasted my money and not happy
