Elizabeth Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress

This mattress is completely unusable. The edges have collapsed, and there are deflated sections on both the top and bottom, which throws off your entire sleeping position. Your head ends up sinking lower than it should, and your feet drop down as well, so you’re basically sleeping on uneven terrain all night. On top of that, there are massive lumps forming across the surface, making it impossible to get any consistent support or comfort. It feels broken in multiple places, not just worn out. There’s also a serious issue with the bottom of the mattress developing mold, even with both a mattress protector and my own added protector. That’s unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. I contacted the company to file a warranty claim and got completely ignored. No response, no help, nothing. I bought this based on a family member’s recommendation, but this experience has been the complete opposite of what I expected. I wish I had a mattress that actually worked.
